1. Where can Soft Play be set up?
Indoors

On grass, turf, asphalt, concrete, and pavers
All ground must be leveled

2. How often do you clean your equipment?
We thoroughly clean and sanitize after each use with industrial grade equipment, and ball pit sterilizer.
3. How long is the rental for?
We only reserve equipment for one event per day. Pick-up time is no later than 8:00 pm on Saturdays and 6:00 pm on Sundays. If a later Pick-up time is needed, it can be arranged for an additional fee.
4. Are you licensed and insured?
Yes! We are fully licensed and insured.
5. Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
6. What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that life happens. Please let us know as soon as possible; we will hold your deposit and reschedule (subject to availability) within 90 days from your original date.*
7. What is your bad weather policy?
Water can cause damage to our equipment, in case of rain we will not set up outdoors, we ask that you have a backup indoor location.
Inflatables must be turned off on extremely windy days.
We also do not set up outdoors in extreme temperatures.
If the weather is not appropriate for safety or for maintaining our equipment, we will hold your deposit and ask that you reschedule (subject to availability) within 90 days of your original date.*
*Failure to reschedule within 90 days of the original date means your deposit is lost, as it is non-refundable. Dates can be rescheduled up to 12 months out.
8. Is there a delivery, set up & take down fee?
Yes, there is an additional fee that depends on the distance of the event location. When filling out our online inquiry form please provide the location (main crossroads), we then reach out and provide an appropriate quote.
9. Does the equipment come with the custom vinyl decals included in the price?
No, custom vinyl decals are an add-on option. We can make custom decals to match your theme and make your event stand out, at your request but it would require an additional fee. We will go over all the details once we contact you to confirm the booking.
10. Do you offer other items for our event?
Yes, we do have a sister company and also work with many amazing vendors, which allows us to provide anything needed for your event.
